She went above and beyond trying to contact the extended warranty company that we purchased with the vehicle. Unfortunately she was unable to contact them. I will be contacting the CT Insurance Commissioner regarding this matter. Jessica kept me informed about the issue with my vehicle and I made the decision to pay for the repair and have the technician start the job. Jessica continue trying to contact the insurance company throughout the time I was there and I appreciate her efforts.

We just leased a 2026 Chevy equinox and absolutely love it ! From the second we walked in Tyler treated us like family. He wrote down everything and every criteria we were looking for and found several options that met our growing family’s needs. Great service and nice waiting room. Been taking my vehicles here for years and after a lot of recent changes staff is consistent and helpful. Definitely recommend, but remember you pay dealer rates, but done once and fixed.

The people are super friendly and nice. The two Jessicas, Frank and shuttle driver. But i was quoted about 3-1/2 hours of total labor but was charged 7 hours. I had an oil change, a recalled item fixed, a roof rack put on and a trailer hitch put on. I paid $1000 to install the roof thing and trailer it!!!! Thats more than double what i paid for the parts through Amazon. This was way overpriced and as a result will shop prices before committing to your shop.
