They were amazing ! Helped out in every way possible down to the payment . Especially helpful dealing with the warranty and getting the truck right through the third party extended warranty. Jessica Montez especially went above and beyond to make sure I was treated respectfully and fairly when they tried to give me a hard time . I can't say enough good things about my experience despite my unfavorable outcome with my vehicle. Chuck and staff have been nothing short of absolutely amazing. It's wonderful to come to a clean and friendly environment. I must give extra praise to Chuck for always answering my many questions and I really appreciate him always walking me to my vehicle and making sure everything is ok. It's the small things that mean the most!
I had a great experience with Ray as a sales associate today. He was honest and truthful. Never pushed me one way or another when it came to gathering trade in value and pricing of suburbans on the lot.

The service was noticeably lacking in professionalism, failing to meet even the most basic standards expected in a customer-focused environment. The staff appeared frustrated, disengaged, and untrained, which contributed to a frustrating experience. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing and did not live up to the expectations I had of Chevrolet.

Our mechanic Chuck was AMAZING helping us through our chaotic warranty issue, along with keeping us informed about all the steps of what was happening with our car and everything needing to be done. My sister leased a Chevy Trailblazer at the end of February and based on the service she received I walked in the following week to purchase my Chevy Trax. I told the sales person what I wanted and I was never pressured into anything extra. When I go for an oil change, they treat me like a king. They offer me coffee talk about the weather and they fixed my truck the way that I want them to. They really pay attention to detail and the people there are really nice. I will forever bring my vehicle there to be serviced
