Charles was extremely understanding and courteous in a stressful transaction. My bank was refusing to allow me to use my card to pay for repair services in total. I had to stretch out the payments to avoid a Daily Limit, and Chales was very patient about this.

I was ultimately happy to find a truck and a lease that worked for me, but there were several communication challenges during the process. I was interested in comparing lease options on multiple trucks that were available on the lot. Went in for a diagnostic but feel the best available option for my car issue was not presented to me. The quote was extremely high and upon receiving another diagnosis on the same issue, I believe you guys were out to fill your bottom line with a quick fix instead of providing more options and satisfaction to a customer. Poorly executed.

It was a horrible experience.. I was not shown where the vehicle was unless I provided my information first. How can I do that without seen the vehicle first to see if I’m interested and want to move forward with a test drive? Sellers don’t dress professional.. Didn’t clean car or fueled it as promised. That was my experience.

Not happy right now with my recent visit I feel that they didnt check vehicle tire pressure , didnt top fluids all because they were to busy to do it, so didnt matter , other times they do . Smh
