I had a beat up 2006 VW no heat no ac, I desperately needed a car before it started snowing. I was getting turned down by every dealership I went to. One day I went East Hartford Chevrolet, & met with salesman “Jorge”, I explained my situation to him & his words were “ he would not stop until I walk out of here with a car”. & he did just that. It was a struggle, but he didn’t give up on me, he tried at every angle to get me approved. He kept in contact with me to make sure I knew that we was still working on the deal for me. He has great customer service skills, & made sure he closed the deal for me. I got an almost brand new Chevy trail blazer 2022 with only 27,000 miles. & he made this happen for me within a week. Thankyou so much Jorge for getting me approved.

We were traveling from New york with a trunk full of food. The trunk door would not open. They took is Immediately and said the handle was broken. They were able to get the trunk open and we had a cover that was in the trunk. We were able to drive home he used a rope to partly close the trunk for safe driving. All service and technicians were quick and efficient
